THE MESSAGE OF THE PRESIDENT

I first came to Bodrum in 2004. After finishing the Department of Construction Technician at Karadeniz Technical University Construction Vocational High School in Ordu, I came to the construction of a five-star hotel in Bodrum Bağla, which started in 1998 thanks to the working life I started. After the construction was completed here, I went to Antalya for a big hotel project and from there to Ordu to work in Topçam Dam. However, Bodrum has a different aura. The one who comes here cannot return any more. I completed my national duty and moved to Bodrum in 2004. In this period, while working in construction companies, I believed it was time to lay the foundations of my own company and started to realize my projects with my first partner company Özkoç İnşaat. Although my project investments, which continued with Ale Yapı in 2005, continued with commercial partners that changed from time to time, with a radical decision I made in 2014, I decided to continue my business life on my own.

I think we have added value to Bodrum with 10 different projects, one of which is an industrial site, to date. Bodrum has a very special texture. It is a very important residential area with its peace, climate, nature, and energy that it provides people with. Projects to be built in Bodrum should be just as special. First of all, as Ale Yapi, we strive to create places that live primarily in our projects and give happiness and peace to the owner. Empathy is a must for our projects. For this reason, we have a principle of not realizing any project that we cannot live ourselves.

As Ale Yapı, we also attach importance to following the innovations of the sector step by step, to develop more comfortable and safer buildings by developing technologically and adapting innovations to our projects. Especially if you are building in an area open to natural disasters, you should consider all kinds of risks and take precautions. For this reason, we are constantly renewing ourselves to realize plasterless, brickless, strong and insulated structures by following the technology and the innovations it brings. In this sense, The Loft Yahşi project is very important to me. In this project, which can be called a touchstone for Ale Yapı, we have implemented an application that is not in Bodrum. We implemented our buildings with hollow walls called the exterior wall drywall system. With these systems, which are not preferred due to their high cost and long-lasting manufacturing, we have realized complete thermal insulation by keeping both safe houses and cold houses in summer and cold houses in winter.
