Telmissos Ancient city is in the village of Gürece, 2 km before the Gümüşlük turnoff, 3 km after passing Ortakent on the Bodrum-Turgutreis road, and the hill with the remains falls to the north of the main road. On the hill, Hellenistic horoscope remains are observed. The historian Herodotus tells that the Temple of Apollo is located in Telmissos, and the temple is very famous in science. There is no trace of the temple from today.

Although, there are no traces of our history in this area as many times as desired, as ALE Yapı; at least we wanted to keep our history alive by giving our buildings the name Telmissos.

To this thought;

We set off by adding the slogan “We wanted to protect our history, we combined it with modern architecture”

PLAN STRUCTURE OF THE PROJECT:

Our project covers an area of ​​~ 1500 m²;

AMONG THE ADVANTAGES OF THE PROJECT:

In addition to having a detached garden and independent entrance for each house, according to Bodrum architectural conditions; Wide-roomy-easy-to-reach-bright-We provided visual and useful facilities that distinguish each house.

MATERIALS USED IN THE PROJECT:

• C30 concrete was used by applying raft foundation system in our buildings. In all buildings, SU isolations are basically made and SU – ISI isolations are made on the roof.
• Thermal insulation plaster was applied on the exterior.
• SES – ISI insulation was provided by using rock wool on the walls facing the partition and the exterior.
• Joinery systems are analyzed with Winsa PVC and COMFORT glass is used.
• Wooden handrails and iron bars are used in stair railing, while wooden railing is used in balconies.
• Halogen free pipes and cables are used in electrical infrastructure installations.
• The decor is completed with a stone fireplace.
