Our project is at the mid point of Ortakent and Bodrum Center and facilitates your life with its distance to Marmara and Bahçeşehir Colleges, Palace of Justice, Bitez Yalısı (Beach), Oasis – Midtown – Avenue Shopping Centers, Construction Markets, Acıbadem and Private Bodrum Hospital.

MATERIALS USED IN THE PROJECT:

• C30 concrete was used by applying raft foundation system in our buildings. In all buildings, SU isolations are basically made and SU – ISI isolations are made on the roof.
• It is supported with “JOTUN” thermal insulation paint by applying glass spherical heat insulation plaster on exterior walls.
• Sound – HEAT isolation was provided by using rock wool on the walls facing the partition and the exterior.
• Joinery systems are analyzed with Winsa PVC in the flats, duplex and heat insulated aluminum in the workplaces.
• COMFORT glass is used in all joinery.
• While iron profiles are used in stair railings, laminated glass balustrades are used to give a feeling of spaciousness on balconies.
• Halogen free pipes and cables are used in electrical infrastructure installations.
